Service Description

Healthy Habits is a year-long program divided into 12 weeks, a 4-month program that you can sign up for the whole year, or a 12-week session. Healthy Habits: Nourishing your Mind, Body, and Soul program will help you with the emotional, spiritual, and physical challenges and create a life of ease. During this beautiful and inspiring program, we will explore and practice a variety of new transformative habits. By practicing small incremental changes over time, the tools offered will provide a foundation for realigning your personal goals and aspirations with positive, healthy habits that promote a healthy lifestyle.
